- Availability: Call, text, or email Visionary for current venue availability.
- Private tours are available and encouraged.
- Capacity: up to 120 guests.
- Published package pricing includes up to 80 guests; additional guests are $18/person up to 120.
- 35% down payment secures the event date; balance due 30 days before event.
- Outside food is welcome; in-house catering is optional.
- All event bookings include chafing.
- Add-Ons are available to customize events.
- Additional event time is $175/hour, subject to availability.
- Eligible venue clients receive 20% off Visionary studio portrait sessions.

Photography Studio FAQ – Approved Facts
- 35% non-refundable retainer; remaining balance due 48 hours before session.
- Edited images delivered within 14 business days.
- Additional edited images: $15 each; full-gallery upgrade available.
- Photography Beyond the Studio is available with regular package pricing + $75 location fee; travel within 10 miles included.
- RAW/unedited images are not included unless agreed to.
- One complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- 10-minute late-arrival grace period.
- Children and families are welcome; minors must be supervised.
- Eligible venue clients receive 20% off studio portrait sessions.

DIY Studio Rental FAQ – Approved Facts
- 2-hour minimum.
- Photographer rental $65/hour; content creator rental $75/hour.
- 50% booking retainer + $150 refundable damage deposit.
- Remaining balance due 48 hours before reservation.
- Rental time includes setup and breakdown.
- Outside equipment may be brought if used safely.
- Studio rules apply to cyc wall, backdrops, equipment, furniture, cleanup, and prohibited materials.

- Event photography, videography, highlight video, and short-form content creation are available.
- Photography and videography may be booked together.
- Services are performed by qualified Visionary employees or contractors.
- 35% non-refundable retainer; remaining balance due 30 days before event.
- Event photo/video turnaround: 4–6 weeks.
- Content/reels turnaround: 7–10 business days.
- RAW files are not included unless stated/agreed.
- Must-have shot lists are encouraged before the event.
- Event media travel within 25 miles is included; additional travel/location expenses may apply beyond that.
