Venue capacity: up to 120 guests.
Published package pricing covers up to 80 guests. Guests above 80 are $18 per additional guest, up to the 120-guest maximum.
All event bookings include chafing.

Optional In-House Catering
In-house catering is optional. Outside food is welcome. All event bookings include chafing.

Menus include water plus a choice of two beverages (tea, lemonade, or punch), a salad or salad bar, a fresh dinner roll, and professional service. Food tastings are available by appointment for $100.
The full catering menu should be supplied to the website company as a separate asset/menu document.

Venue Client Exclusive: eligible Visionary event clients receive 20% off Visionary studio portrait sessions.
Photography Beyond the Studio: regular portrait package pricing plus a $75 location fee. Travel within 10 miles of Visionary is included; additional travel fees may apply beyond 10 miles.

Photography Session Policies
- 35% non-refundable retainer to reserve a session.
- Remaining balance due 48 hours before the session.
- Standard edited-image delivery: within 14 business days through an online gallery.
- One complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- 10-minute late-arrival grace period; late arrival may reduce shooting time.
- No-shows forfeit payments and require a new booking.
- RAW/unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed to.
- Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- The visionary retains professional discretion regarding posing, lighting, composition, image selection, and editing style.
DIY Studio Rental
- Photographer Studio Rental — $65/hour; 2-hour minimum.
- Content Creator Studio Rental — $75/hour; 2-hour minimum.
- 50% booking retainer.
- $150 refundable studio damage deposit.
- Remaining rental balance due 48 hours before the reservation.
- The special 50% retainer + $150 damage-deposit structure applies only to DIY studio rentals, not to Visionary photography clients.
DIY Studio Rules
- Reserved time includes setup and breakdown; renters must enter and exit within the scheduled period.
- The cyc wall must be kept clean; furniture/equipment may not be dragged across it.
- Backdrops may not be cut, written on, taped to, or altered.
- Visionary lighting/equipment must be handled carefully and returned to its original location and condition.
- Furniture/props may be repositioned when permitted but must be lifted rather than dragged and returned after use.
- Keep food and beverages away from the cyc wall, backdrops, and equipment.
- No smoking/vaping, open flames, glitter, confetti, or materials likely to stain/damage the studio.
- Minors must be supervised at all times.
- The renter is responsible for clients, models, assistants, and guests.
- Personal equipment/belongings remain the renter’s responsibility.
- Remove personal items, trash, props, and outside equipment before leaving.
- The renter is financially responsible for damage, including amounts exceeding the $150 damage deposit.
- No illegal or unsafe activity.
- Overtime is subject to availability and additional charges.
- One complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability; the booking retainer is non-refundable.
Media Policies
- 35% non-refundable retainer secures event media services.
- Remaining balance due 30 days before the event; bookings within 30 days are paid in full.
- Event photography delivery: approximately 4–6 weeks.
- Event videography delivery: approximately 4–6 weeks.
- Mini content/reels delivery: 7–10 business days.
- RAW footage and unedited images are not included unless specifically stated or agreed to.
- Clients should provide must-have shots, important people, special moments, and content requests before the event.
- The visionary retains professional creative discretion while considering the client’s requested style.
- Photography/videography/content services may be performed by qualified Visionary employees or independent contractors assigned by Visionary.
- For event media away from Visionary, travel within 25 miles is included; additional travel fees may apply beyond 25 miles. Parking, admission, permits, lodging, or similar location-specific expenses may apply.
- One date change may be accommodated with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability; the retainer remains non-refundable.
